This 60-page text is a compilation of 16 undergraduate projects.  Each student researcher was linked with a BMC practitioner as a mentor for his/her exploration.  The student projects confront basic reflexes and neurological patterns in the context of exploring movement interests ranging from "groundedness" and "centering" to "golf swings," "bench presses," and "learning to ride a bike as an adult."  This text is useful for teachers of any description. Bibliography included.
